Welcome to NOMAD Clothing! Before embarking on your shopping
journey, please review the following terms and conditions carefully. By making
a purchase on our online store, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

Processing and Shipping:

•   We aim to process your order within 48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays.

•   Shipping options available at checkout include Standard Shipping, with a delivery
timeframe of 4-8 business days.

•  Your package will be delivered within a minimum of 3 days and a maximum of 7-10
days. Our shipping partner will make three attempts for delivery.

•   Prepaid payments are encouraged to avoid additional charges upon delivery.

Exchanges Only:

•  We only accept exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn
and with tags attached. A processing fee of Rs.100 will be deducted.

•  Exchange requests can be made through our Whatsapp number +91 9873370100. A Rs.100 fee
applies for exchanges.

• Worn or used items are not eligible for exchange.

• Sale items are final sale and cannot be exchanged, except in cases of defects or
wrong product delivery.

Cancellations:

•  Cancellations are accepted if the order has not been processed. A Rs.100 cancellation fee
applies once the order is ready for shipping.

Defective or Damaged Products:

•   If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 24 hours of
delivery to arrange for a replacement or refund.

Custom Notes for Gifting:

•  We offer custom notes for gifting purposes. Contact us through Whatsapp at +91
9873370100 to personalize your gift note.

Additional Notes:

•  Sale items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

•  Please double-check your order details before completing your purchase.
