Welcome to NOMAD Clothing! We strive to provide you with the
best shopping experience possible. Please review the following refund policy
carefully. By making a purchase on our online store, you agree to abide by
these terms and conditions.

Returns:

We do not offer returns. However, we understand that
sometimes a change of heart or size may occur. Therefore, we accept exchanges
within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the items are still tag-happy
and unworn.

To initiate an exchange, please visit our Returns/Exchange
Portal within the specified timeframe.

A processing fee of Rs.100 will be deducted from your
exchange.

Please note that worn or used items are not eligible for
exchange.

Sale Items:

All items purchased at a discounted price during sale events
are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange, except
in cases of defects or wrong product delivery.

Sale items are non-refundable.

Defective or Damaged Products:

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please
contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order ID and name. We will
arrange for an exchange or refund, depending on product availability.

Cancellations:

Cancellations are accepted if the order has not been
processed. However, a Rs.100 cancellation fee applies once the order is ready
for shipping.

We offer custom notes for gifting purposes. Contact us
