Welcome to NOMAD Clothing. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase. By placing an order on our online store, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Returns & Refunds

We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind or size issues.

However, we do allow exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and tag-intact

  • The request is initiated within the specified timeframe via our Returns/Exchange Portal

A processing fee of ₹100 will be deducted for all exchanges.

Sale Items

All products purchased during sales or at discounted prices are final sale.

  • Sale items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable

  • Exceptions apply only in cases of defective products or incorrect items delivered

Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order ID and name.

Depending on product availability, we will arrange either:

  • A replacement, or

  • A refund

Order Cancellations

Refunds for cancellations are applicable only if the order has not been processed.
Once the order is ready for shipping, a ₹100 cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund.
