Shipping and Return policy

of our fashion family. Please take a moment to review our shipping and return
policy below.

 Processing:

We strive for efficiency! Please allow us 48 hours
(excluding weekends and holidays) to process your order before it begins its
journey to you.

Purchasing:

When you're ready to check out, we'll present you with our
shipping options. Choose Standard Shipping for delivery within 4-8 business
days.

Shipping:

 Your package will be on its way within 3 to 10 days. If it
gets lost in transit, don't fret! Our delivery partner will attempt delivery
three times.

Exchanges & Returns:

We understand that sometimes things don't quite fit or suit
your taste. While we don't offer refunds, we do allow exchanges within 7 days
of receiving your order. Head to our Returns/Exchange Portal to initiate the
process.

Please note that returns are subject to a Rs.100 processing
fee.

Sale Items:

Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or
exchanged, except in cases of defects or wrong product delivery.

Cancellations:

Changed your mind? Shoot us an email or a Whatsapp message
with your order ID and name. If the package hasn't hit the road yet, we can
cancel it for a Rs.100 charge.

Defective or Damaged Products:

If your product isn't up to par, let us know within 24 hours
of delivery. We'll make it right!

Custom Notes for Gifting:

Spread love with a custom note! Just Whatsapp us the
details, and we'll make sure your gift arrives with a personal touch.

Additional Notes:

Sale items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
